"Why? Redundancy?
Yeah x am praying the agency will ring Me about the interview I had a couple of weeks ago saying I got it lol "
I've been made redundant twice. Each time was horrible, but with hindsight they were a chance to refresh for a little while & then change direction. Good luck! |

"Last day at work after 8 and a half years "
wow.....look at it as the start of something new as well as the end of something.... Change can be very stressy but with a good mindset, it opens up lots of opportunities when you're least expecting them. Good luck!! |

Hugs to Evie. I know what you mean.
I worked for 12 years for one employer in various roles, enjoyed myself, and left because of personal issues, which was a real shame.
The last day for me was tearful. |

I take it it isn't voluntary? "
Yes and no. I got offered the chance to relocate but that wasn't an option for me so was put in redundancy for relocation purposes. |

In 24 years in printing, I was made redundant three times - always found a job soon after and kept moving on.
Sometimes it's far more of a blessing in disguise than it first appears... Good luck. |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
Take your time today and feel whatever it is you are feeling. Take the Easter break as a holiday, take time to find yourself again then approach looking for a job as your new job. Good luck, Evie. |
