Reports of proposed legislation that may mean that all new buildings, shops and businesses that are not residential must provide separate toilets, make and female and the so called unisex toilets will be phased out. An outrage or a victory for common sense. Whatd going on here guys? It's all over the news |

Doesn't seem like common sense at all some establishments are not large enough to offer more than one toilet, if any at all.
I was in a coffee shop in Manchester last week. Three toilets all unisex one disability access, it didn't seem to cause any confusion or alarm for anyone.
Seemed very common sense to me. I needed the toilet - I used the first one that was available and didn't have to concern myself with whether it was the 'right' toilet at all. It wasn't locked was the determining factor. |

big shops will have the space to have male and female / disabled and a few neutral / private ones anyway ..
shopping centres also have the the space as well ...
I guess one thing is this though ,you hear from the vocal trans activists it will be harsh/unfair etc. but in reality it won't make any difference to trans people that blend into life socially anyway .
I have been using women's bathrooms/tchanging rooms for 15+ years with zero issue all over the world in my many travels .
I think the reality is if people look like their said gender then its no problem ... if you dont look conformative well then problems can arise I guess .. and whom is going to enforce the correct gentilia of persons in bathrooms going forward lol . going to grab my popcorn when hundreds of women are false accused of being males and go full nuclear online over it ...
Though more toilets is always helpful as more and more people are out and about ... |
