My neighbours seem to be planning a bbq (not a surprise as is aregular occurence). I am feeling tired today so just making a meatballs and orzo dush in the oven. Quick and easy. What are you having? |

Reverse seared T-bone steak with a dry rub of pomegranate and cardamon, roast onion salt and black pepper. Made a flambed whisky and confit garlic bone marrow butter pan sauce as well as a port, mushroom and rosemary jus.
Served with asparagus, mushrooms and garlic roast new potatoes.
Just need someone to come over and rub my belly now. |
