Every so often when I am on mobile data only, the profile pics don't show and even if I click on a profile, pics or videos don't show either. The only way to resolve it is to connect to wifi and then they do. Then if I go to mobile data again, all is ok. Is that some sort of security thing? |

i struggled on my phone but that was because my mobile network had filters and disabled adult content - once i changed that everything was ok again - but im not an IT expert, i only know turn it off and turn it on again  |

Sounds like a poor signal, sometimes your phone will decide to stop trying to find a better signal. I find that switching airplane mode on & off again forces your phone to make a fresh connection and potentially find a stronger signal.
