On my face. I have noticed that the colder it gets the quicker my beard grows. Is this a fact. Any other dudes get this ( and a lot of you women )

I thought of guessed this but I shaved yesterday and tonight I look like some sort of swamp hillbilly. It's not right I tells ya x

Not had that but i have noticed my skin goes tight as a drum.
