May Goal - take 2!

Woops guess who posted the thread from the wrong profile, what a silly goose I am!

Hello everyone! It’s a late post as it’s already the 2nd! Woops!

If you’re a goal setter, what are you hoping to achieve in May? How did you get on in April? If you’re not into setting goals as such is there anything you’re looking forward to this month?

This month I’m quite busy with social things (Fab and Normal life) so trying to keep up and organised is on the cards this evening to plan everything out

Drinking a minimum 2 litres water a day is my goal as I want nicer skin! Stay hydrated folks

I had a job interview today so depending on how I got on there I may end up going back to the job hunt properly

Let’s hear your goals/plans/intentions and motivate each other

I hope to survive the month of May intact.

We're coming to London for a couple of days, we might even get a day or two to ourselves. Who knows?

Ambitious goals, I know.

I don’t mind the heat when I’m in holiday and can relax but when it’s super hot and you have to do all the work/adulting thing i don’t appreciate it as much

I would have suggested nice lollies to help cool you down though I guess that doesn’t help with the losing weight as much

Hope the interview was successful OP

My biggest goal in May is to complete my 10k charity race in 10 days time. I’m not bothered about pace or time it’s more endurance and that I want to run it as much as I can

Other than that I’m off to the London social soon and can’t wait to catch up with some familiar faces and I have a few days off work scattered across the month

My goal is simple: get back to the gym

Manchester-ish

Hope you're successful with the interview

May goals:

Definitely drink more water. Also make it to half term without catching another lurgy and with some vestiges of sanity.

Maybe we can share a pot of sanity? Exam season is starting very soon and sanity is usually in short supply

Goals for this month are to redecorate 3 rooms and a hallway, floors, ceilings and walls, started on the first room, got 3 weeks before the new sofa turns up

April's goals achieved hit 323,422 steps for the month 20,000 more than my planned goal

Going to be a good month, even better if the sun ever shows up.

You have a lot to do! But your place is going to be so good all done up so I imagine that’s going to be amazing after all the effort! well done on the steps, I’m trying to do 12,000 a day - yesterday I didn’t but I do feel better getting my steps in!

Taking down artex today, very messy, hopefully have my technique down by the 2nd room and I'll definitely be glad when I'm finished

Good going on the steps, it's part of my routine now, I get antsy if haven't been out walking these days.
