You don't mention if the board has to be on the water or not

guess it would be easier not on the water. But however you do it, it will be an uncomfortable hard surface for the knees, personally I like some cushioning

We paddleboard in the North Sea & wear full wetsuits so sex on a SUP would not be possible for us
