A fetish is more a form of sexual desire in which gratification is strongly linked to a particular object or activity and not necessarily about the sex itself or sexual organs. Eg heels, boots, feet, leather latex etc etc
A kink is more a non-conventional (non vanilla) sexual practice, concept or fantasy. Eg cnc, being in bondage, perhaps enjoying something like dogging or anonymous sex etc could even go in there.

Kinks would be things like rope, impact, wax play, electrics, denial or forced orgasms, breath play.
A fetish can be where you are turned on by things like foot worship, leather and pvc wear, smoking, there are all kinds of fetishisms |

I've always thought of it as a fetish being something you need in order to experience arousal/sexual pleasure. A kink is more of a choice, an option. Something that enhances, like Prey said above. |

Best way to explain the difference for me is.. You are in control of a kink , you pick and choose as and when... a Fetish however controls you It’s always at the forefront of your sexuality.. that can be a good thing and be embraced.. depending on the extremes obviously |
