Pissing off to bed for a couple of hours sleep is just the best.

More that I sleep very odd hours so 3-4 at night but then I’m shattered some days about 10am or 3pm

I wish I could as I'm not a good sleeper. Wide awake at 4am most days and then get to the office and by 10am I'm knackered. A 20 minute power nap would do me the world of good

20-30 minutes is perfect in an afternoon, sat comfortably in the sun ideally….just enough to get through the rest of the day…..fuck me I got sooooo old!
