"Guinness is £3.85 in the pub I work in. Southend.
i was in Southend for a meet last year.Didn't think it was that expensive.maybe i was just lucky the pub i went into."
It probably wasn't. We are an expensive pub. Captive audience with a hotel next door, and all business men that don't know the area, so won't go elsewhere!! |

Weatherspoons on Wirral, Merseyside
1 pint Guinness £2.69
1 Pint Carlsberg £1.85
1 Pint John Smiths £1.85
Mind you some of the posher pubs and expecially the horels are a lot dearer than that as are city centre places in Liverpool. |

"Chinnery's,that was it
Not a bad place.Though to be fair, we were sat outside(one of the few good days last year).
Th Strippers place was tadge rough, but ok."
I'll be at Chinnerys on Monday. It's the Ace Cafe Shakedown. Lots of motorbikes, lots of great hunks of men in leather, and games of "spot the patch"!! Hopefully we'll have a little sun!! |
