It really depends on what the needs & desires of my partner are to a major extent. Nothing in my play box goes anywhere near a a play partner without prior discussion and consent first.

I do try to involve all senses as much as possible.

Sound will be an appropriate and curated playlist.
Sight is typically restricted.
Taste will be explored. Nibbles are useful for energy pick-me-ups for all.
Touch covers many things, but usually soft, sensual is my go to. Ostrich feathers are very relaxing. Also quite in to Wax play. I use soy candles due to low melting point. Unscented. No oils on body beforehand.
Smell is important too. Scented room. |

Our favourite is to add a little bit of sense deprivation to the scenario. Removing a person's ability to see what's happening around them can heighten the sensational effects quite dramatically. Also, if you add the loss of hearing to the equation then you are really in the fun zone  |
