Anyone know any good eating tips for a healthy lunch while I’m out and about at work? I always end up just getting a sausage sandwich or something cos there’s so few options

Do you monitor your macros? Have access to fridge, microwave etc? Some chicken and pasta dishes could offer variety, with varied sauces and veggies, for example.

Prepare your lunches at home beforehand. The best way to monitor what you’re putting in.

Pack up your bait the night before, remember to put it in your bag in the morning. Don't walk past Greggs on way to work

Or be like me and forget steps 1. & 2.

If you ever make a sandwich, use frozen bread. By lunch it'll have defrosted perfect instead of going a bit stale. Fill as you want.

Potato & egg salad is a good option with chives or onion.

Pastas.
