I mean, it absolutely depends which tier you're cooking...
Unless you're on some sort of baking TV show (and therefore being fancyand making the tiers upside-down), you'd probably want to make the base tier a 12", then go to 10", then 8". If you need 4 tiers, then I guess you'd top it with an 6", unless whoever you were making it for wanted the 8" as the top tier.... |
