Who else has been?

We're going camping in June and im hoping to take Alex for his first experience Coasteering, ive been a few times!

It's not the heights it's the bloody water that scares me, I'm not a strong swimmer (I don't float) at all!

Ps. We're going to St Davids, Pembrokeshire camping for the week and doing it while we're there.

Awww, dont feel too bad, men dont float as well as women

And i float too well when im doing it and cant swim at all-stupid buoancy aids!

It's bloody lovely round there, I've done the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path a few times.

You get in a wetsuit and a pair of trainers and helmet etc and you get into the sea and follow the coast but in the water swimming, or climbing on the rocks. At different points there are places you can jump in from different heights etc.

Its a great way to see the coast from a different angle.

I'm from Pembrokeshire originally and love the area with all my heart.

Ive been staying just down from Whitesands at a family friends house they rent out since I was a child but we never really ventured very far so yes, that would be good, thanks!

OK - I'll send a message, rather than clog this thread up.

Just to mention - if anyone likes sport/activities in a beautiful coastal setting, next September will see the Red Bull cliff diving challenge and the Ironman Wales triathlon return to Pembrokeshire. Both are amazing events!
