For myself i want that inner peace in my own head!
But,I think it varies from person to person.

Lots of things make me momentarily happy.
Doing something well. Cooking good food. Watching people enjoy something. Watching people laugh. Singing/dancing. Listening to music. Talking shite into the night. Hiking nice trails. Competing in sports. alsorts.
Ultimate contentment is a different craving and would make me forever happy. I’ll let you know if I ever find it again what that is |

I would say a lot of small things make me happy. Going to the gym, hanging out with friends, going for walks, listening to a funny podcast, watching TV. Pretty much anything to distract me from the crushing weight of real life |
