I tend to dwell on things and after a few days they don't seem so bad or my hormones settle and and they don't seem so bad or the wasted days of anger aren't worth any more of my time and energy. Nature and upbeat music help too.
You're normally able to find a positive, I'm sure you'll shake it off soon enough x

I used to get monumentally pissed at all manner of things. It made me a very angry younger man. As I’ve aged, I’ve mellowed to the point that if something angers me, I simply shake my head a couple of times, laugh sarcastically, then forget about it in the next instant. |

I give myself time and space, without pressure, to get through things - they take as long as they need and I trust I can do it. I don't stay obsessed - I get out and am active.
I do lots of great exercise and look after myself. If I need support, I have time with people who are good for me. And I spend frequent time in nature, which is nourishing and blissful. |

I thinks that’s good. The outside alway puts things into perspective for me, makes me feel small and my problems even more so. Also some people in my life are nourishing, like they just give and don’t take, or maybe it’s more like some magical synergistic mutual giving going on or something, but they always make me feel better when I leave than when I arrived . Also my dog is the best anger sponge ever! |

Anger management if its real bad ask Gp for support.
Look online for free courses or people doing Ted talks.
Over the years I learnt how to not blow a 13amp fuse everytime something irks me. I believe pent up anger needs support from professional and conflict resolution training.
An inner calmness helps. Try listening to healing music or talk to a friend who will listen.
Throwing anger about is never going to resolve anything.

I allow myself to experience it. It doesn't mean I need to weaponise it, act on it but it's not something I bury away.
I give myself space to think for *uck's sake, go and do something physical (sex really helps) and then I kind of get over it and myself. |
