So I bought myself a watch which records your sleep and restores your body battery, which I’m now calling my social battery. It also detects your stress level.
Anyhow I’ve just been shopping and my stress levels increased and my body/social battery has declined somewhat
So I’d say it’s quite correct however is all this tech believable or just a gadget

"It would stress me more if it told me every minute how stressed I was
It doesn’t automatically tell you I just happened to check whilst figuring out the functions "
Phew that's a relief. Please don't tell me it does that too |

I'd think of it as most useful in exceptional circumstances, such as when at risk and especially when you have acquired lots of data, from having worn it for a long period. Presumably you can set alerts, such as for extreme problems. And I assume that you can track and monitor your health measurements, such as by downloading and processing the data. |
