As a bit of a fan, I wasn't aware anything formal was ever done.
The film didnt do that well to help fund a sequel but a proper sequel is never too late. Plenty of new actors could fill the spots of the crew even for purists like myself.
You could have a right laugh with the storyline which follows the cliff scene and have a great caper on getting back to blighty (heck .why not go via the chunnel in a mini going down the access shaft haha) doing a remake of the sewer roll scene. |
