You have 1 week to yourself, what do you do?

Good morning all,
So as the title says. You have a week to yourself. The out of office is on, the work phone is off, the kids are sorted literally a clear slate!
One restriction, you have to stay in the UK ( Northern Ireland is closed for business  )
Where do you go and what do you do? Where do you eat, where do you sleep.

SHUT the curtains, lock the door and binge watch the whole of netflix.
My first thought was similar.
Although I’d stock up on cheese, peroni and cashew nuts first."

well yes i like outdoor activities but the sea is like ice at the minute and still people are out swimming in it  |

I saw people swimming in the sea off the coast of Banff ( North Scotland) last March when I was scattering my dad's ashes   |

Always wanted a motorbike and that feeling or just let go for a blast.
Done it many times with 4 wheels but with two - I’m a little apprehensive
Did write down get motorbike license a few years ago |

I'm that busy all the time. I don't even have the time to allow myself the concept of a week to myself. First 3 days probably just calming down.
Next day.....see....I don't know.

I don’t work in an office so all that gumph is irrelevant however when I get a week of I do exactly as I please wherever I please x could be home or could be away but it’s always relaxed.

Been riding since early 20s it’s a great feeling of freedom, our youngest daughter got full bike licence now so got riding buddy. |

I’m a bit of a workaholic so tend to go months and then be like right tools down! I need me time.
Last time I did this. I did Dubai & New York in the same week!
NI closed for business as this time I’m wanting to stay on the island so was interested to see peoples ideas.
So far south coast is looking like a destination |

Cornwall, to my favourite beach to lay naked in the sun and swim in the sea and reading books.
In an ideal world I'd be wild camping by the beach but reality a local campsite

I'm going down south. Stay in a Airbnb, mooch the area, try local restaurants, relax at the beach, hit the who's near me button on fab, take boat trips

If money wasn't a thing...
I'd book a lush log cabin in the peak district or something with a hot tub, wood fire and book myself in for a spa day and a private chef to cook my food.. Probably steak! Oh and have unlimited amount of wine

I’m probably going to go up London to my favourite museums/ galleries. I’ll do one a day. And then in the evenings I’ll try and have the sex or I’ll just sleep |

I'll book into a really luxurious hotel somewhere (anywhere), with a swimming pool, and float about and sleep and maybe invite a friend or two to keep me company  |

The children are grown up so we can holiday without them.
I prefer to visit places I've not been to before.
We often have UK holidays. This year is Hereford and Salisbury areas with a stop at Chameleons between the two. |

Find a woman with a week spare…. And a saucy glint in her eye ( not necessarily a one eyed woman.. just has to have a glint in either…. Not saying it couldn’t be a one eyed woman … no reason it couldn’t be…. But probably not one with an eye patch…. And a wooden leg…. Actually that makes me sound shallow… quite happy if the woman only has one eye and a wooden leg…and the eye not covered by a patch has a glint in it)  |

All my creature comforts are at home.
So going out is pointless to me.
I have food, internet, online games, streaming. I rarely open the curtains or look outside. Everything I have is here, or brought here by Amazon / Ocado.
So a week to myself is the same as any other week to myself. Pootling about, doing my own thing |
