Italians Ban Ice Cream
Jump to: Newest in thread
Politicians in Milan are fed up with late night revellers in Milan and want to improve tranquility for its residents. One measure is to ban street food being sold after midnight which will include pizza, but also ice cream which the Italians famously call gelato and comes in many flavours. Tom likes rum and raisin by the way. Why don't Milan just invite Mayor Khan over to advise. After all, there is very little night ice in London these days apart from the bed bugs. What's going on here guys. It's all over the news |

"I've opinions but I missed learning where Milan is and what it's famous for . Come on Tom! No slacking on busy news days "
Well Milan is famous because it's flag includes the England St George Cross which is a red cross on a white background and loved by fat, balding, Middle aged football fans who don't that he was Turkish |

Wars have been started for less for comparing British ice cream to Italian gelato…..
P.s…. Proper gelato… different level!

That club was founded by English traders… hence the flag and the English spelling of the city
The other team in the city… founded by the locals, won the derby and the league last night! |

St George was 4th Century BC Cappadocian Greek not Turkish.
It wasn’t until the 11th Century AD that the Turks conquered the Anatolian peninsula.
Knowing history helps….

You must be one of those party animals. Try for a moment to imagine living and working in the city and getting horrible sleep because a bunch of d*unker idiots thinks it’s a good idea to sing and make a fuss under your window. They can stay in bed with their hangover, but people have to wake up and go to work.
Believe me, worst things could happen than a ban on selling gelato. Which is not the same as British ice cream, by the way |

To be equal, these early riser types are out at ridiculous hours mowing their lawns at 11am and the poor amount of people trying to rest in bed on a weekend |

Haha, London has indeed died! I was out in London a few weeks back and we couldn’t find a single bar in Westminster open past 11!
Why should Milan have all the fun when we have SADiq mopping up all the joy and character of London like he’s in a flash speedmop commercial! |

You are quite correct! Ice cream is aerated, gelato is not. |

So no difference then. It's like saying Aero is not chocolate |

Not even remotely. Entirely different.
It's like calling vegan milk substitutes, milk. They aren't and can be an affront to humanity.
