It is very vain but I am feeling really pleased and proud of myself.
Tried on a dress last night and it finally zipped up.
Put on a nice set of matching underwear this morning and it fits so much better.

I have been known to add an energy drink to my coffee before now .. tastes revolting but it does the trick |

I have been known to add an energy drink to my coffee before now .. tastes revolting but it does the trick "

My 1st cup of coffee has 3 dessert spoons of coffee in , lukewarm, black as my soul and no sugar  |

That’s a great outlook and lovely to hear.
I’ll also post a message for those with challenges in life, you can look at them as insurmountable barriers or you can try and face them and battle them.
It sounds simplistic but even in the direst of circumstances look for the little victories.
Normal service will be resumed soon, it’s amazing that, and this is backed by research, that ladies who send me boob pictures find that they go up 3 points on the Fiddles well-being scale.  |
