Evening all….

I don’t suppose you could help ….

I’m thinking of entering the ballot for London marathon…. Should I pay for the ballot (gives you a chance in 2 ballots) or enter for free?

Does the paying give you a better chance due to your donation?

Anyone had experience with this?

Thanks

Can’t you do it for a charity? You have an amount to raise but you get a place. I’m basing this on the time I done the great north run so may be different for the big smoke.

District 13

I’ve never entered op but I have heard either option is a lottery so I personal would suggest free ballot rather than lose money should you not be selected but I do hope you get chosen however you enter

Manchester

I wouldn't pay. The chances are still very slim.

Are you in a running club? They get a place so you're technically in the ballot twice.

Or do Manchester marathon! Their early entry places were released last week.

Thanks all…. I wasn’t sure if I paid it might give me a little booster

I’ll take my chances then.

I’ll look at the charity thing and see what I need to raise

Thank you
