I have a ladder that I pierced myself some 25 years ago and the four piercings now have 12mm thick bars in them. Always a good ice breaker in a club hot tub and I've been told by countless ladies that during doggie the sensation of them hitting the clitoris was very pleasurable. The P.A. effect is probably down to the girth of the 8mm making your glans more sensitive. Had the same thing when I had mine in. |

As long as you keep them clean with a.good saline douche and don't touch them with bare fingers (natural body oil can cause infection if drawn into the piercing) they should heal pretty quickly tbh and I wouldn't think they'd take 6 to 8 weeks. When I had mine done as they we're only the basic 1.6mm bar I was able to have sex within two weeks. Took them out after a few months as they migrated to the surface too quickly. |

that's why I'm going to wait until the winter when I go into hibernation and wait so there's no migration I've a few more weird rare and wonderful piecing to have before that one  |

Good idea to wait, also see if they'll use teflon bars as they'll help by being more flexible and help the healing process.
