Diabetes (but stopped all meds) and virtually no carbs and trying to go carnivore. I miss a Sunday roast!

Plymouth and Newcastle (sometimes)

Every forkful is different with a bit of this and that but I always save the fatty bits of meat till the end.

There are close links between diabetes and insulin resistance. One of the easiest ways to improve this is to remove sources that cause it to spike - mainly carbohydrates/sugars.

Roast potatoes done first.

Meat

Veg in steamer

Gravy last

East London

I smush a potato into gravy and mint sauce/ketchup, cut up some meat, cut a little piece off a Yorkshire, pick up a bit of each then try to squish on some veg.

I like a little bit of everything in my mouth at the same time.

I'll eat my veg first and leave meat and Yorkshire if there's not enough room.

I thought he was asking what order we eat them in.
