There are close links between diabetes and insulin resistance. One of the easiest ways to improve this is to remove sources that cause it to spike - mainly carbohydrates/sugars. |

I smush a potato into gravy and mint sauce/ketchup, cut up some meat, cut a little piece off a Yorkshire, pick up a bit of each then try to squish on some veg.
I like a little bit of everything in my mouth at the same time.
I'll eat my veg first and leave meat and Yorkshire if there's not enough room. |
