I'm sure you've all heard the cliche of the singer so good that you would happily listen to them singing the names in the phone book. But who are those singers for you? Particularly singers whose careers had ups and downs with weaker material but you still listen to those weak albums because of the voice.

Not singers but a few personalities...

Neil Gaiman, I've tried Googling to see if he had received formal elocution training but nothing found so he might just be that naturally good.

Tom Baker, his VO work on Little Britain made it and his timbre is unmatched.

Brian Blessed, his semi-autobiography is utter twaddle for content (amusing twaddle) but he narrates it so well and his voice is like a hug.

Her Magesty THE Queen (not the jumped up married in/homewrecker pretender).
