It depends what I'm questioning. If it's a person, I take the time to acknowledge it and listen to my intuition. If its a situation, I have a word with myself and let my brain have its moment of assuming the worst. Once it's out my system, I can think logically again but the process needs to happen.
Otherwise listening to music puts me at peace. |

Remind myself that there are no wrong emotions and that it will pass, then let myself feel how I feel.
I haven't found in my life that trying to fight how I feel yields more positive results. Perhaps sometimes it's necessary in the short-term, but I don't think it's a healthy long-term strategy for me. |
