Had another go at my take on duck Pad Kraprow. Served with lemongrass flavoured jasmine rice and a birdseye chilli and pomegranate salad with a soy, mirin and chilli dressing. Made a lemongrass iced tea to go with it.
I made a kraken rum and dark chocolate cheesecake with a roast honey pecan topping yesterday, so having a slice of that for dessert. |

Haha. Mate in all honesty didn't even bother with the toast I've got chicken cooking though a decent curry sounds banging to me right now stomach agrees with me apparently so curry it is (just gutted as my fried rice will be shit as don't have rice i cooked yesterday |
