Piping hot jam roly poly with cold custard.
I don't really consider cheesecake a pudding but if that's allowed, one with dark berries, maybe a sloe gin drizzle. Not too thick a base, baked can be good. I quite like Basque burnt cheesecake. |

sundae - they do a lemon sundae at the pub, basically cream, meringue, more cream, extra meringue, yellow squirty stuff (think thats the lemon) and a bit of cream at the top - topped off with a waffer  |
