"I would like to shift a few pounds and fancy giving this a go has anyone done it and did it work for you?"
I did it for six months. I was 135kg down to 114kg today. My body is in ketosis and I've started eating green salad vegetables again.
It's very difficult at first but once your body adapts the weight drops fast.

Doing it now for about three months. Gotta feed kids so not entirely all in yet but still primarily eating only meat, fish, eggs and cheese. Can’t give up celery and hummus or spinach! But virtually no carbs. Losing weight very slowly and glucose levels are back to normal. I don’t know if I feel better but I certainly don’t feel not better. |

Started 1st of may at 22st something mid june I'm into 17 stone . I have better weight loss weeks when I don't have dairy and week 4 I gained 8 pounds, and I nearly gave up but glad a carried on as I belive it was water retention. If I gave any advice it would be stick to red meat for 30 days and make sure your getting 4 to 6 litres of water in a day it helps with the sugar cravings. I also have a berocca every morning |
