I used to help a friend run his club in the North West and gangbangs are the most difficult to arrange, the admin alone was a pain in the arse (no pun intended!)
We’d have to invite at least 300% of the numbers we wanted, some invitees wouldn’t agree unless a guest list was posted, others wouldn’t allow their names to be added to guest lists; demands to limit numbers, maximise numbers, times, dates; it went on and on!
Come the day they always seemed a ‘let down’ and perhaps this was due to the disproportionate time it took to arrange versus results.
A third of those invited who’d agreed to attend would typically arrive on the day no matter what we did to promote!
The very best gangbags in my experience were those that just happened, completely organically on the day/night; absolute random collection of people in the same place at the same time; you simply couldn’t rekindle it inorganically no matter how much we tried!  |
