If I’m going to the chippy then I’m going for a bag of chips. When I get to the chippy I ask for small or large.

Bag I think.

I don't really like chips much so don't buy them very often but sometimes in the summer we get chips in the evening and eat them on the beach. We're very rock n roll down here

Just chips - either small chips or large chips depending on how much of a fatty I'm feeling.

Traditional chip shop type chips are probably the only unhealthy thing I eat.

Every few weeks I'll devour some..

Bag, portion.. or even a box like they sometimes serve at harry ramsdens..

A bag of chips.

Although I do remember that north of the border it can be a poke.

I'll say "large or small chips please".

But if I want them open, I'll say "can you keep the bag open".

There's no bag - why the fuck do I say it? .

Was gonna say the same. Get funny comments in the rest of the UK when asking for a chip.
