The most reliable car I've had thus far was a Toyota Corolla 2006 model. Hammered it weekly. Been every in the UK. A very reliable friend What's your Make & Model? |

most reliable car I had was a 2005 Peugeot 206 with 230k on the clock that I paid 75 quid for. it did tip runs carried over 20 3x2 paving slabs, carried a whole sycamore tree trunk up a massive hill strapped to the roof, it pulled a seriously overloaded trailer regularly, it survived being lent to my m8 for a week (world's worse driver) the damn thing just would not die no matter what i did to it |

Fran here, Honda civic type R. Bought it brand new in 2007, not a single issue. Bullet proof. Not great mpg. No doubt a regular civic would be very reliable too. Once the back seats are down plenty if load carry space, like a small van. |

"I had a Toyota Yaris just ran for forever and always passed its MOT
A reliable Jap "
Yep, Jap cars. I've had mine 10 years. I've never really had to spend money on it.
I got told it would out live me. Not sure I'm overly comforted by that though |

"I have an 11 year old Jag XF, other than age related replacement parts, it’s not caused me any problems whatsoever "
Thats interesting... thought Jaguar's were riddled with mechanical & electrical faults on the ofset... Just like Land Rovers? |

Forgot to say whatever you are buying make sure it has full service history , it’s the only way you can guarantee the mileage . It’s super easy to give what’s referred to in the car sales trade as a “haircut” essentially chopping thousands of miles off the the car . |
