Seen quite a few threads on this one where people have tried to estimate the ratios. Suddenly had a thought this morning about doing a little research by using the who’s near function. Interesting results!
Of the 68 profiles near us:
58 males
7 couples
2 TV/TS
1 female
Over 85% single males! I will be using this if I see any forum posts where men moan about not getting any meets
What’s it like in other areas?

Surely it would be more inclusive/fair to see posts or threads by women who are moaning. Perhaps even couples. For the sake of variety.….….…?
Not everyone uses their location services on their device, and some men look further afield as opposed to their locale. |

You also have to remember not everyone uses their location and turns it off"
Totally understand that not everyone uses their location, but as a “sample” of the fab population, it’s going to be indicative of the splits. Especially if more people do it for their area and the results are similar |

So a 20 mile search. Men in my age range, non smokers, verified by meeting and can accommodate 300+
Women in same criteria ... 30
I can't possibly fuck that many men and neither do I want to

Just did a search of online in last 10 hours with no filters.in a 5 mile search.
I used 10 hours because that was when the last man in search was logged on.
Man looking for woman 300.
Woman looking for man 35.
MF couple looking for man 25.
Tv/Ts looking for man 11
Man looking for man 70
Another search of online now. 10 mile radius no filters had to use 10 miles to find a woman online.
Man looking for woman 62
Woman looking for man 1
MF couple looking for man 8
Tv/Ts looking for man 5
Man looking for man 19
The above figures do not take into account Age ranges etc or interests.

As others have said those are only the ratios of the profiles with who's near turned on.
A little like some of the socials I've gone to where it has been 60-70 percent single women.
Based on that alone it would suggest that single women outnumber everyone else so it's not really an accurate sample. |
