Yeah, I get about 4 hours a night. Even on my days off I’m up between 4-5….. the joy

I have insomnia too and I'm prescribed zopiclone. I take each one half an hour before bed and it does help immensely.

On average I get a very restful 7 and half hours which can be nine if I’m bored and hit the hay early

very lucky I am
