"3:35am sleep alluding me, even after 2 fun wanks got to be up in 5 hours , so I'm doing the : 'if I fall asleep now I'll get such and such amount sleep ' then 5 minutes later ' if I fall asleep now I'll get this amount of sleep' and so on

I’ve always struggled to sleep, hopefully if I fall asleep soon I’ll sleep till 10! Which would be amazing for me. I’m recovering from surgery which doesn’t help, but like you I try to figure out what sleep I’ll get I count down. Even if I’m shattered I struggle to sleep. |

No. Just had a work-related accident about 18 years ago, and getting older is making it worse. It takes a LOT to manage the pain. |

Thanks. It was when a stunt in a film went wrong (was playing a henchman) and a crucial piece of safety equipment wasn't in place for the first take, and I really copped it. It magically appeared on the second one, though. Nearly had my sodding windpipe crushed on that accident, too. |
