That’s what I’m on now, the 4 on 4 off itself is amazing, the rotation between days and nights not so much  |

I was nights only. Best one I had was a company that I worked 3:30pm - 2:30am Monday to Thursday only. It was like Easter every weekend  And days didn’t finish until 6 so we did nothing the first couple of hours anyway |

Night shift driving.
Flicking between day shift and nights 2 times a week for the past 7 months now 
It would bust a donkey it would.
Body has no idea what time of the day it is . No routine at all through the week.
