Awesome! I don’t think I know anyone that’s been there on holiday. What make you pick Albania? I saw a package deal for Croatia on the tui website earlier which I had also never considered as a holiday spot but I think it’s been pretty popular for a few years. |

Watched a BBC show on Albania. Saw the coast and thought damn. I need to go. I've been Croatia already. You'll love it. Friendly locals and amazing food. Love the Balkans. |

Yeah agreed. Hidden gem in Europe. I've been to Croatia, Bosnia. So thought I'd check Albania off my list too |

going to do a last minute thing and also looked at doing one of those mystery holidays where you give them a budget and the type of things you like, then turn up at the airport and find out where you are going |

It's a slightly wanky portmanteau a friend used whilst selling it to me and I love it. It's a break with queer bars, bookshops, spending time with queer friends. It's just a big queercation. |

Some friends and I are doing a road trip to Scotland in the summer.
We're going to do a 'Monty Python and the Quest for the Holy Grail' location pilgrimage.
I've never been to Scotland so, I'm really looking forward to it. It's gonna be fun on the bun! |

I think now companies like Tui are flying out there it'll change pretty quick I imagine, so perfect going now.
I went to North Macedonia last year in the summer, also beautiful. Thinking of Montenegro this year maybe. |

Do it.... I love solo holidays you meet loads of people. I've even done a solo visit to a nudist beach and chatted to some very sexy naked men.
I will be having a solo trip to Amsterdam for a few days and then meeting family there for a couple of days.
Then a solo trip to Cornwall for naked sunbathing and sea swimming. |

Oh I've taken her all over the place on my own abroad, no problem whatsoever. She's good in bikes, hikes, boats 4x4s ect so makes life easy.

i always prefer to go alone on holidays used to do 2 weeks in london all the time stayed in bayswater in an apartment, but back then it was like more cheaper as well ..but i would love to travel many places across the world but flights costly and i want to go across the USA by Amtrack.
otherwise it might just be in the UK somewhere lol |

Couple of months in Italy, Austria and Liechtenstein with work, then a few weeks mountaineering in South America and a week in the Galápagos Islands. Got some short trips lined up to the UK too!

I have not been abroad for several years for multiple reasons. But will in next few months or so be going to Thailand for at least 3 to 4 weeks. A long over due getaway |

Up to now we have booked a family holiday in Fuerteventura at the end of May, then a girls holiday to Venice in July and a long weekend in the Lake District in November.
Also have a couple of vouchers for 2 very nice hotels to use up too. |

We are going to the IOM in June for the TT..
Then Mr had a trip to the Belgium gp... then we are off to the almafi Coast.
We will have lots of weekend visits to UK and maybe city breaks too.
I need to fit a sicily trip in too

Nice, if you haven't got a route yet the Pingwe side of Zanzibar is lovely, much less touristy and The Rock Restaurant is cool. Many people go to the North after Stone Town. Great beaches but less character.

For those of you who travel solo, who do you book and travel with?
As a Parent Carer who hasn't had a break in 10 years, I want 5 days in the sun but single traveller prices seem worse than travelling with a partner. |
