Pretty simple, what have you done recently that know was wrong and your clearly old enough to know better but did it anyway. I'll go first:

Erm…. A solid 50% of what I do 
Then there’s the halfway through doing something and thinking “I should t be doing this…”
I balance this by remembering the good stuff I do is very wholesome & very very good |
