I had tuna ans chickpea salad for lunch.

I had rare steak, potatoes and purple sprouting broccoli for supper, pre-gym workout fuel.

I had a starter of tuna steak in a soy, mirin and chilli marinade served with an avocado and birdseye chilli salad.

Mains was razor clams in a Thai red curry and wine sauce served with some caramelised red onion and garlic soda bread.
