Who’s enjoying a lazy Sunday ? What’s the plan ?
Just did 46 lengths in an outdoor pool in the bright sun, beautiful. Quick buffet breakfast , poached eggs, bacon , maple syrup & a shot of spirulina. Quickly caught up wlth emails and news over a coffee & cigarette . Next I’m jumping in the Jeep & heading to the beach at Ajman. The sun is shining , the desert roads are quiet, I’ve a sexy passenger. The best type of lazy Sunday ….

Sounds like a pretty perfect Sunday you have yourself there.
I’m dozing off the after effects of a delicious Saturday night, had intended to be out on the bike today but the weather is going to put a stop to that so lazy Sunday it shall be, maybe a leisurely swim and a sauna later instead |

Truly I am envious Notts.... of the swimming and sun only though.
I never manage more than 20 lengths these days and haven't been for some months and when I do go it's in rainy Britain.
I've had two bowls of bran flakes and a cup of tea and read the forum whilst listening to Audible( title with held )
I'm about to have coffee and then do a Xi Gong session and then I have a meeting to attend on Zoom.
Thinking of you in the Sun ..

"Changed my mind a bit.....
I'm having coffee and doing a crossword before I do all the rest...
I love being a nice old lady "
They do say crosswords are good for the elderly, helps to keep the mind active, a sort of use it or loose it if you will, just hope you haven’t left it too late Granny. |
