Still just working upper body and back for heavy push and pull day as still dealing with a major leg injury on both sides.
Was definitely humbling to only be able to hit 7.5kg on the leg extension on Friday without crying but it's better than nothing right   |

Been off the gym all week with cough that feels like it’s on chest as just saying a few sentences evokes a huge coughing fit just getting through a day at work is enough for this week haha might be in my head but look half the size usually are already |
