Slow cooking a lamb joint with shawarma spices over new potatoes with garlic and onion. Serving with a simple fattoush salad and flatbreads.

A real eye opener about daily foods and what it does to our bodies

People drink actimel yoghurt, its got 7 teaspoons of sugar in it
