Specifically, under the foreskin.
When did you start? When was it a conscious part of your cleaning routine? If you can't retract it fully, what do you do?
I don't have a foreskin, but I've recently become.. in need of knowledge, in this area. All I know are Reddit horror stories, which aren't exactly useful or representative.

I've heard you need to wrap it in celotape and leave to sit for 15 minutes. Then rip it off in a clockwise motion, as effective as a anti bacterial wipe.
But I don't have a penis so who knows |

They mostly told us to leave it the hell alone, I assume because too many people damage it by retracting it too early. They didn't really explain anything else.
I've told my son to pull it back only as far as it doesn't hurt, and then rinse it off, but honestly this is just me making shit up, I dunno what I'm doing. |

Probably some time around primary school.. I can't remember if it was a teachers lesson or conversation but it was just simple things like you have to wash yourself properly. I don't think you'll have to keep on chatting about it, once you knew, you just kept on doing it. |

I found this out when I was around 16 or 17 and there was some banter in my college class. It was of those laugh and joke moments but secretly thinking "oh your supposed to clean under there". Think the banter was because of Red Dwarf and the word Smeg. |

I tought mine to wash with warm soapy water and to roll the skin back only as far as comfortable. Depending on how old he is, it may not fully retract yet. Getting him to wash in a nice warm bath will help it retract fully when the time is right. |
