"hair shines, I feel powerful.'
Those are words I've just heard on a shampoo ad.
Really!?
What makes you feel powerful?"
When my decisions/choices are respected and supported.
When I push my fat ass up a really steep hill.
When I lift heavy shit in the gym. |

lol Advertising does seem to encourage and want everyone to be megalomaniacs, desperate for power etc. Sappy, corny or just plain wrong in this doggy dog world but I feel the most powerful when I relinquish or give up power of something as it reassures me that it doesn’t define or control me. I can be without or without it, without sacrificing me as a person to obtain or keep it. That said I do believe all concepts of power are an illusion that can be broken far easier then obtained x |

You knew it would escalate from ‘Because I am worth it’ to ‘I feel powerful’ |

Meditation.
It also sees my fragility, corruption, deceit, compassion, potential, energy, ambition, decay, universality...all of it.
So extremely powerful...which is the same as nothing.
Takes a bit of getting used to x. |
