The majority of the contents of our sitting and dining rooms. It's all in the shed while we redecorate. It's not so bad, except when you have to go down the garden in the rain for batteries or a cook book |

Long days of hot sunshine.
Friends and family who are not as available right now .
A level of fitness and well being I had before an illness and complications from treatment.

The weather is definitely having a effect on me and my mood for sure.
Maybe mother Nature is Peri menopausal too and the brain fog is making her forget its spring! |

Poor you 
I can recommend shots of ginger, turmeric , berry, spirulina. It fixes me in 2-3 days. All that’s missing is faster air travel
