Not sure op. Not sure. Been snacking most the day. I might take all the chicken off and make a cheesy chicken spring onion omelete with salad on the side

Go on then. Only because I like parmienter potatoes. Not often I hear anyone else doing them.

"Well you know by now I just need to know . I am having a chicken pasta bake but homemade. No dessert but just some fruit afterwards. "

The kids have had noodles, Chinese sausage, some pork Gyoza and Takoyaki (Octopus balls). I’m trying to avoid all carbs but when they come as delicious as Gyoza and Takoyaki, it’s very hard. I had one of each. So looking forward to my Pork (mince) burnt to fuck, Avocado and egg concoction (including garlic, spring onion and celery)

Anyway. I have a nice dinner planned. Just as soon as I finish this glass of cheap (but very drinkable, Tesco Malbec - try it - Finca Las Moras. Surprisingly good at getting you feel a little tipsy.

A glass of red vino is apparently good for you. Enjoy.
