Masterchef is back tonight....
What's your signature 3 dish menu?
I'll start with garlic/herb breaded mushrooms.
Chicken and chickpea Korma
Deep fried banana wrapped in Filo Pastry with chocolate sauce.
It's rich but enjoyable to cook and eat |

Duck Pad Kraprow with lemongrass flavoured jasmine rice and a salad with a soy mirin and chilli dressing.
Dark chocolate and kraken cheesecake with a honey roast pecan and Brazil nut topping. |
