In response to the 'favourite TV programmes' thread ... what's your least favourite? What makes you reach for the telly controller?
'Don't forget the lyrics' is on now - I hate it with a passion (karaoke programme for those not good enough for the X-Factor imo) but zed likes it so it's staying. He tolerated 'Got to Dance' for me after all.

I'm going to sound a right old fart now but here goes:
Anything on tv between 9am and 9pm is generally rubbish.
All soaps.
Most reality shows, be they in a jungle, a big house, a studio or wherever.
Everything on E4 and 5*, 5USA.
There, that should consign me to being an old fart forever. |

All soaps, dramas, animal programmes, nature programmes, reality shows, talent shows, all things thing American, most modern 'comedies', in other words almost everything on television.

Citizen Khan. Biggest load of crap to be on the BBC for years. The BBC won't give Shooting stars a new series, but gives a series to this Politically correct crap. I thought the whole point of commissioning a comedy for tv that it had to be funny. |

All soaps and going to upset a few people here but I absolutely loathe Only Fools and Horses 
It probably was funny at one time, but it seems to be on constantly nowadays, I leave the room as soon as the music comes on, it makes me cringe. Doesn't help that all the others in the family (especially Andy) love the bloody programme. Think they know most of the episodes word for word!! |

I don't get the fuss about it either . And constantly get grief about it. Only laughed twice and I've been forced to watch most of them. The batman and robin one and when he falls through the bar. Apart from that i am not bothered

I (B) used to get very grumpy when TV was on. I'm not at home much so when I'm in I don't want to watch mind numbing rubbish. So Ju records all her faves and watches them while I'm at work. If something rubbish comes on and Ju wants too watch it I just listen to music or come on here now. |
