Just wishing a very happy Easter to everyone. Whether you celebrate or not and whatever it means to you have a fabulous Easter. Hopefully the usual suspects will resist the temptation to bring any negativity to this thread. If you however are tempted, please make your own thread instead. You know I am foodie so interested what culinary delights you may have planned for tomorrow. I plan a nice lamb roast with all the trimmings but no idea of any pudding yet so suggestions welcome. It's richness compliments the lamb but it's not too heavy either, which is good after a roast I find."

Thank you so much. Enjoy yours tomorrow. I have a sicilian lemon rulade in the freezer, profiteroles and a couple of othrr things so one of those might have to do. x |

Happy Easter, OP.
I had my roast lamb today. It was a real treat as since I've been on my own I haven't had a roast for ages. I ate far too much at one sitting and there's lots left for the next few , but I'll really enjoy it. |

After mass, I shall be making a fire in the barbecue, and putting our traditional leg of lamb over it on a spit. I'll stuff it with bits of garlic and rosemary, and probably coat it with honey marinade.
