Your cooking skills like?

What dish would you say is your signature dish?

Pretty good - and I like cooking for friends. Mind I dont like following recipes - prefer to create my own stuff through combining unusual flavours.

My cooking skills are very good....I just choose not to cook most of the time.

My signature dish would have to be Chicken Tikka Korma and Onion Bhajis.

Learnt to cook them both in the kitchen of a friends Indian restaurant

P.O. Box DE1 0NQ

Shepherds Pie and when enough time I do a wicked curry, all with fresh ingredients.

I like to prepare everything before I even consider cooking, can take hours sourcing the ingredients as well though

My cooking skills aren't bad...

My current speciality is sea bass on a sweet potato mash with mango chutney, and spicy asparagus and broccoli

.

At the moment the aroma of French Onion SOup is wafting from my kitchen.

I love cooking. but could not really say what my signature dish is I love cooking different things.

The only thing I don't cook myself is Indian food as it is a treat then to either have a take away or go to an Indian restaurant.

Pretty darn good. I can cook almost anything and I find cooking extremely relaxing.

Just ask the 9 individual fish pies I made this afternoon because I was bored!

Signature dish - Probably my porcini mushroom risotto.

P.S - Anyone for Fish pie?

I like cooking but hate having to do it every day (I don't).

I am very good at preparing fish and sea-food. Also like summer salads and BBQs... Like most ppl, I guess, but I think mine are actually quite special.

Yes please. I don't want your signature dish but fish pie would go down well in this weather. I've got a feeling I have to cook tonight as I'm babysitting.

Id say im a good cook that lacks patience and motivation but when I can be arsed I do a lovely roast or lasange.

Oh and my scrambled and poached eggs are perfect too, my downfall is baking, it always goes wrong

The result??? I was pulling girls

Every single bloke should cook the way to the girls hearts or legs

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

I would say I am a functional cook. I make good soups. And a mean Apple pie when I can be arsed.

I'm a pretty good cook and love baking bread and cakes too. Not sure I have a signature dish but my favourite thing I make is lasagne with garlic focaccia all made from scratch
